iPhone Services

• iPhone Backups* ($35). We can help you backup your information whether via iCloud or local backup to your computer, backing up your information is critical to ensuring that your data is protected.
• iPhone Quick Fixes ($24.99). Something not right about your iPhone? Are you locked out and can't get in? Is your iOS messaging not working? Come in and see one of our Apple certified technicians for help!
• Battery Replacements (Out of Warranty $79+price of battery). We can replace your iPhone battery without a problem.
• Screen Replacements (Prices Vary Based on iPhone Model). Is your screen cracked? We understand accidents happen and we can replace the screen on your iPhone.
• We also handle all in- and out-of warranty repairs for any iPhone model.

Computer Services

• Hourly Rate: $80.
• Diagnostic Service. Is your computer acting up? We can run our triage diagnostic software on your computer to see what is failing. (Diagnostic Service: First half hour -Free, then $40 per half hour.)
• Data Backup*. Not sure how to back up your data in case of hardware failure? Want us to back up your data to an External Hard Drive, and/or Flash Drive? (Minimum fee for Data Backup: $40. Price includes first 30 minutes of labor. Each additional half hour of labor charged at $40 per half hour.)
• Data Transfer*. Want us to transfer your data from your old computer to your new one? ($79.99)
• Data Recovery*. Accidentally deleted important files for a class? Hard drive failing, and currently nothing backed up? Want us to recover your data? (Minimum fee for Data Recovery: $40. Price includes first 30 minutes of labor. Each additional half hour of labor charged at $40 per half hour.)
• Software Installation. Having trouble installing software on your computer? We can install any newly purchased software on your computer for you but be sure to provide us your original software CDs and any product keys. (Minimum fee for Software Installation: $40. Price includes first 30 minutes of labor. Each additional half hour of labor charged at $40 per half hour.)
• Boot camp, Parallels, Windows Environment Setup. Installing Windows on your Mac can be a very tricky process. Provide us a genuine copy of your Windows operating system and we will setup the Windows partition, and install all the updates and drivers. (Hourly rate applies.)
• RAM Upgrade. Do you notice a speed decrease in performance of your computer? You may be due for a RAM upgrade. (Available for select models. Ram Upgrade Fee is $25 plus the cost of the RAM).
• Hard Drive Replacement or Upgrade. If you feel like your HDD is failing, we can replace it for you! Running out of space, we can also upgrade your HDD as well. (Available for select models. Fee is the cost of the hard drive. Installation of the HDD is $35.)
• OS Installation. Do you need a fresh install of your Mac OSX operating system? We can completely wipe your HDD and install a brand new operating system for $60.
