Eligible employees can pay through Payroll Deduction using the
Bookstore Payroll Deduction Authorization Form.
To be eligible for Payroll Deduction, HACC Employees must be Full-Time for more
than a year and have no outstanding payroll deduction charges.
Come to
the Bookstore and place your order for your New Device!
Placing your order before the sale is allowed and recommended. If
the item you want is out of stock, we will special order it for you. All
sales (for both in stock items and special orders) will be processed through our
registers on November 20, 2024. In stock items will be available, upon
notification, for pickup beginning November 20, 2024. Special orders may
arrive after the November 20, 2024 processing date and you will be notified as
soon as they arrive.
Special Instructions for Gettysburg, Lancaster, Lebanon and
York:
Gettysburg, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York employees purchasing
Apple® products through Payroll Deduction will need to go to the
Apple® Product Catalog
on the HACC
bookstore website, create a shopping cart, and print the shopping cart. Bring the
cart printout along
with the completed
payroll deduction authorization form to their campus bookstore or e-mail
them both to
hawktechstore@hacc.edu.
The special pricing will not be reflected in your
shopping cart and it will not show your sales tax.
After processing
your order on November 20, 2024, we will send it to your campus store (Gettysburg,
Lancaster or York) or the Lebanon Learning Commons for pick-up unless you notify
us that you plan to pick it up in Harrisburg.
Gettysburg,
Lancaster, Lebanon, and York customers purchasing Apple® products with a
Credit Card will need to go to the
Apple® Product Catalog
on the HACC bookstore website choose the items that you want to order and place your order.
The special pricing
will not be reflected in your order total.
When we process your order, we will adjust
to the sale price charging your credit card at these lower prices on November
20, 2024.
